Effective Date: August 21,2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the Iconic Tax Services website, appointment forms, communications, tax-preparation services, document processes, and related offerings.
By using our website, submitting information, scheduling an appointment, signing an engagement agreement, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
Iconic Tax Services provides tax preparation and related services described in the applicable engagement letter, service agreement, invoice, or authorization.
Services may include individual or business tax preparation, amended returns, filing assistance, document review, tax-related consultations, and other agreed services.
The exact scope is determined by the written engagement. We do not provide legal, investment, or financial-planning advice unless expressly agreed and properly authorized.
You are responsible for:
Providing complete, accurate, and timely information.
Reviewing your return and supporting documents before signing.
Disclosing all income, accounts, deductions, credits, dependents, businesses, and relevant transactions.
Maintaining records that support the information provided.
Responding promptly to questions and document requests.
Confirming bank, address, identity, and dependent information.
Paying applicable fees.
Filing or extending on time when electronic filing cannot be completed.
We may rely on information you provide without independently auditing or verifying every item unless a separate written engagement states otherwise.
We will use reasonable efforts to complete services by applicable deadlines when complete information is provided on time.
We do not guarantee completion by a filing deadline when documents, approvals, signatures, identity verification, payment, or required information are delayed.
An extension generally extends the time to file, not the time to pay. Clients remain responsible for taxes, interest, penalties, and deadlines imposed by tax authorities.
Iconic Tax Services does not guarantee:
A particular refund amount.
Eligibility for a credit or deduction.
Acceptance of a return.
Audit-free treatment.
Processing time by a tax authority.
Approval for a financial product.
A particular tax result.
Tax authorities make final determinations regarding returns, refunds, credits, penalties, audits, and balances due.
Electronic filing requires appropriate authorization, identity verification, completed documents, and payment arrangements.
Submitting information does not authorize filing. A return will be filed only after required reviews, signatures, and authorizations are completed.
Electronic signatures may have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures where permitted by law.
Service fees, retainers, preparation charges, amendment fees, bank-product charges, payment terms, and refund policies will be stated in the applicable engagement agreement or invoice.
Fees may be based on the complexity of the return, number of forms, condition of records, timing, additional research, or added services.
Tax preparation fees are not dependent on receiving a particular refund unless expressly permitted and agreed under applicable law.
Clients should use the approved secure portal or upload system for tax documents and sensitive information.
Do not send Social Security numbers, full bank details, identity documents, tax returns, portal passwords, or similar information through ordinary SMS, social media messages, or unsecured email.
Iconic Tax Services SMS Program
Participants may receive:
Marketing messages concerning tax-season promotions, available services, discounts, deadlines, educational updates, and service announcements when marketing consent has been provided.
Non-marketing messages concerning appointments, document requests, intake completion, electronic signatures, payment reminders, return-processing status, service updates, and customer support when non-marketing consent has been provided.
Text messages will not intentionally include complete Social Security numbers, complete tax identification numbers, passwords, complete banking credentials, or copies of tax returns.
Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing tax services.
Marketing and non-marketing consent may be offered through separate optional checkboxes. You may consent to one, both, or neither. Consent choices will not be preselected.
Message frequency varies according to your appointment status, filing process, outstanding documents, account activity, tax-season timing, and marketing preferences.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your plan.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel messages from the applicable program.
We may send one final message confirming that your opt-out request was completed. After confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from that SMS program unless you opt in again.
To rejoin, complete a new consent process.

We will use reasonable measures to protect confidential information and will disclose it only when authorized, necessary to provide requested services, or required by law.
Additional confidentiality terms may appear in the applicable engagement agreement.
Clients should retain copies of tax returns, supporting documents, notices, and records according to applicable requirements.
We may retain records according to our internal policy and legal obligations, but we are not responsible for serving as the client’s permanent document-storage provider.
Responding to tax notices, audits, examinations, appeals, collection matters, or correspondence is not included unless expressly stated in the engagement agreement.
Additional work may require a separate agreement and fee.
Immediately provide us with any tax notice for which you request assistance. We do not guarantee that we can accept the matter or meet a deadline.
You may not use the website or forms to submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or violate applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iconic Tax Services is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
Our responsibility for tax-preparation errors, if any, will be determined by the applicable engagement agreement and law. Clients remain responsible for the underlying tax, accurate information, and final review of their returns.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TEXAS, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Updates will not retroactively change an existing signed engagement agreement unless permitted by that agreement or law.
